Reformer deposit policy
New reformer package or membership clients are asked for a refundable $100 equipment deposit at sign-up. After your first class, the deposit is refunded within 5 business days if no equipment or studio damage has occurred and SAH-approved grip socks have been purchased. If grip socks have not yet been purchased, the deposit becomes a retail/socks credit.

Studio policies
Mat yoga classes are 60 minutes and provide a full-body practice at all levels.
Please bring your own mat. Reformer grip socks will be required once reformers open.
New reformer package or membership clients are required to submit a refundable $100 equipment deposit at sign-up.
The deposit is refunded within 5 business days after the first reformer class if no equipment or studio damage has occurred and SAH-approved grip socks have been purchased.
If grip socks have not yet been purchased, the $100 deposit is applied as a retail/socks credit. If equipment or studio damage occurs, the deposit may be applied toward repair or replacement costs.
Group sessions require 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. If you’re on a waitlist and can’t attend, please remove yourself.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be subject to change.
The 5-class pass is valid June 8 – July 31, 2026 and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Promo codes apply at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers.
Classes may include music. SAH Studio reserves the right to adjust the schedule with reasonable notice.
Every $1 spent earns 10 SAH points. Points never expire.
Session milestone bonuses are awarded automatically when a booking is confirmed: 5th session +50 pts · 10th session +100 pts · 25th session +200 pts.
Yoga, pottery, and Sunday coffee all count toward your session total.
Redeem 100 points for 10% off any class, pottery session, or boutique purchase.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Pottery sessions are drop-in. All clay, tools, and kiln firing are included in the session price.
Pieces are ready for pickup or delivery 1–2 weeks after your session. We’ll let you know when they’re ready.
The Studio is not liable for damage to personal clothing or belongings during pottery sessions.
Clay session materials fees are non-refundable once a session has begun.
Time extensions (+30 min, $15/person) are available on the day — just ask. Daily cap of $75/person. Balance paid in-studio by tap or card.
Sunday sessions are $65/person and include 90 minutes of guided handbuilding, coffee, and kiln firing.
Maximum 3 spots per session. Booking required — walk-ins are welcome only if space is available.
24-hour cancellation notice required. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Get your hands in the clay and shape it however you like. Make something tiny, playful, practical, or imperfectly charming.

We provide primary colours and extra shades, so you can keep it simple or mix your own palette. We’ll show you how the colours work.

Good things take time. Once your piece is finished, leave it with us for firing. We’ll text you when it’s ready for pickup or delivery in 1–2 weeks.

About SAH Studio
Stay At Home (SAH) Studio ("the Studio") is a boutique wellness studio located in Montréal, Québec, offering reformer Pilates, pottery, and related creative experiences. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to reformer Pilates, yoga, and movement classes, involves inherent risks of injury or harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks — known and unknown — including those resulting from the negligence of the Studio or its instructors, employees, and agents. I confirm that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to my instructor prior to class.
Pottery & Creative Activities
I acknowledge that pottery and ceramic activities involve the use of equipment, tools, heat, and materials that may cause injury if misused. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Studio staff. The Studio is not liable for damage to personal clothing or belongings arising from participation in pottery sessions.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Province of Québec, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue SAH Studio, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me while participating in any activity at or related to the Studio, whether caused by the negligence of the Studio or otherwise.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Group sessions require 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without forfeiture. Private sessions require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package or charged in full. Pottery session materials fees are non-refundable once a session has begun.

Photography & Privacy
The Studio may photograph or film classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before your session. The Studio collects and processes your personal information in accordance with Québec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25).
Health & Safety
I confirm that I will not attend the Studio if I am experiencing symptoms of any communicable illness. I agree to follow all health and safety protocols in effect at the time of my visit. The Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or participation at its discretion.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montréal, Québec.
